To put things in perspective, here's a photo of my mother (L) and my aunt (R) when they were young. I love this picture, because they are playing dress-up with my great-grandmother's hats! This reminds me of a simpler time, simpler living...of sheer simplicity. Peace.

I absolutely love pictures like this. Looking at old pictures of my grandparents and my parents when they were babies and just any old pictures like this make me think that even though our technology today is wonderful, sometimes it may not capture that "feeling" we get from looking at pictures like this.
